Beam plastic analysis - Structure collapse

I run an example with elastic-plastic and plastic-plastic analysis of a steel beam fixed at both ends.

The 1st plastic hinge is calculated correctly (checked by hand). These are my settings and I think that they are ok.

And the outcome is this which is right (plastic hinges in both ends)

But when I run "structrure collapse" the results are far away from the hand calculations.

These are my settings wiht "structure collapse" option checked :

And the outcome is like this. Both ends have greater moments then the plastic moments and no right collapse mechanism occurs.

What is getting wrong with my settings?
