Temperature Gradient

Hi,

This might well be a silly question...  I applied a thermal load to a shell model and just want to double check if the trianglular symbol associated with the gradient is actually pointing from hot to cold i.e. the point of the triangle points towards the cold(er) face?

i understand the gradient is related to local axis but which side is the cold face and which side is the hot.
