Don´t know exactly what you want to know , but  from left to right.

Model 1 - classical beam model , being the generally the most used

Model 2 - same but with panels instead of bars for the contour beams. Valid but hard to read results on these contour beams

Model 3 - Don´t understand why 2 beams linked by a panel for the contour beams. I see no point if the 3 models are supposed to represent the same real life structure

Seeing the displacements with respect to the stiffness of the different models, the results seem ok!

I want to design reinforcement bar. Through these three model, is there any mistake? Suppose I want to design water tank structure, If I apply wall on beam, beam and wall work together. But to me, I want wall work against lateral loading (water pressure) while beam works against bending. So how to model is RSA?

I would prefer wall and beam coupled. The first for lateral pressure due to water and the second to link walls like in water tank design.

But don't forget that you as the designer. it is up to you to do what you really want to design.
