I have modelled a plate element with spring stiffness assigned to it in tangential and vertical direction. In output option, I only see base reaction (i.e. base pressure) in vertical direction. I want to see what base reaction in tangential direction. Is it possible to see those too?

Not possible. As a workaround, you can create dummy bars on the slab perimeter and assign spring stiffness to these dummy bars in the horizontal direction.
