Applying a Load Perpendicular to Panel

Hi, I'm having trouble applying a load perpendicular to a panel - the panel is skew in x and y so I have tried to apply it by using the local panel axes direction - see attached picture.  The local panel direction is in z, but when I use this option, the load applies in the global z direction.  I have also tried the 'perpendicular to panel' and 'vector' options, however none of these work.

Any advice would be very useful - other than splitting the load into global x and y components, I can't really see a way of doing this, but for my large model this would take a very long time...
