Apply Area Load in specific area.

Can robot apply area load like picture be low? 

Can we apply by define specific contour like red area & green area?

Dear Artur, 

thank you very much for your support. I know we can use the way like you show for the red area, but for green area, could we create a contour match with green colour, so we just assign load like we assign for normally panel?

There are two options:

A:

1. Define the green load on the whole panel

2. Define -1 * green load on the red contour

B:

Define green load splitting it into 2 parts (e.g. vertically) so that you could have contours with no opening inside them which is not allowed.

Thank you very much for your support, 

My model have 45 stories, so it very time consuming to assign surface load by contour from level to level, could we have another ways to assign they one time, I mean we have in plane coordinate of load on contour already, we only need to modify height of them.

Just create a contour on the one typical level and then assign loads to other floors.

Hi Artur, 

I have try the way you guide, but i meet some problem from it:

First, I assign load like what you show in your comment above, but so amazing when I turn load symbol on, and the load missing on some of edge of contour like picutre below:

is it missing load or not? As you can see in my model, the mesh quality now is improved.

At the first glance it seems like to 'much' graphical symbols to display. Have you checked if the sum of reactions is as expected?

Can you please clarify what you mean by "define -1* green load". Is there a way to deduct an area load on the slab in robot? I have a similar situation to the OP. The loads in the lobby slab between the core walls are different to the area loads on the rest of the slab.
