Sorry to ask but, is there a way to list all of the object data type available in RSAP?

For example, if I want to define a node I can write Dim Node as IRobotNode and them set it. IRobotNode is a data type. Which are the other ones?

Are they all used in the examples given?

Sorry to bother! Is that "RobotApi.pdf" in DSK different than the API tutorials that we can unzip that you have pasted in the first comment of this thread?

Hi,

Is there any way to create and modify non linear properties for supports using VBA script in Excel? I am modelling bridge abutment with piles and horizontal spring supports on piles. Adding NL parameters to supports using standard way is horribly time consuming (creating individual NL models -> assigning each model to selected direction of one support -> accepting changes -> robot is freezing for several seconds -> one support is done!). Changing 80 supports for one abutment took me more than 4 hours.

Thanks for any help.

Marcin

Hi Rafal, I reviewed the APITutorial but do not see a list of all data type. Do you mind attaching the pdf you mentioned?

Like the other user, I am looking for a complete list of datatype, such as IRobotNode etc. I am also looking for some help to show me what functions there are. By functions I mean robapp.Project.Structure.Nodes.GetAll() is a function. What else can I do with .Nodes? And .Bars? And what others are there?

Thanks a lot in advance.

install SDK directly from media : \x64\Tools\RSASDK\RSA_SDK.msi
and the path C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2015\SDK\ to whole SDK, documentation, tutorial

Thank you Rafal. I am a corporate user so do not have the media myself, but I will ask the IT department for help. Will let you know if we have trouble.
