Hello, I am analyzing a solid that is formed by the element 4 elements, 1. is an angle acer, 2 steel reinforcements and 1 connector transmits a nodal load of 10 kg. to review the displacement gives me tremendous results, I'm omitting ?.

Your support nodes are disconnected from the rest of the model!!!

Most of the time you can not ignore the analysis warnings!!

Have you already  tried a shell model ??

The CAD model is elbore export it to Robot through the SAT extension, one see in Robot generate its mesh nodes and assign load and support.

that way I can fix this advertensia that are not connected?

Well, I´m not familiar with solid models , but it seems to me ( if I understood you correctly) that the importing the solid into robot didn´t go very well

Probably the RSA official support  can help you better with this one

My personal suggestion is to strongly reccomand you to make a shell model. Solid model results can drive you out of road, with also bad management of the model and its warnings.

Follow my suggestion and the Rafacascudo one, this could be a good decision.

In parallel develop the project using panels but with results more posterior incoerentes mind, draw one more bar with reasonable results, the concern is that I can not analisar sirtos componetes as bar so the need for solids but the results I have left a bad taste.

With the results feel that the model is not behaving properly, as if each solid estubiera working independently and not hen whole.

They will have information they can share on this topic or application may allow me analisar a component of this type and to generate a memory of their behavior as I have to anlisar a good component.

Greetings.

displacement gives me tremendous results,

Supporting nodes are not considered by ACIS meshing

Do it this way:

Hello Rafa,

sorry for the bad translation, I appreciate the support, the file you sent me and have modified their loads my file I tried with the simulated results, Annex screen.

The model on the right is the model you sent me with modified loads and displacements.

The model on the left is the model we have developed to compare the above have different offsets and two warnings.

Ask the kneecaps connect them via a line, repeat this step with all the kneecaps and then perform an operation of solid which is me, what is the procedure with a single node (node with load).

Question, what happens when a solid is necessary to change their dimenciones. what would be the process.

You can give me your email

NO RAFA,

TO CREATE THE MODELING, ROTULAS APPROPRIATE BY THE LINES AND LOAD FROM A NODE, SEND ME A VERY STRANGE MESSAGE.

"Z STEERING SHAFT OF LOCAL SYSTEM IS REVERSE"

"NODES ARE SEPARATED ROTULAS"

ELEMENT AND TWISTED. ANALYSIS AND STOPS AS THIS CORRECT?

Either use previous simplified model

or

remove from model these parts:

anclareal.jpg

or use http://www.autodesk.com/products/simulation-mechanical/overview instead of Robot.
