Client comment my RSA calculation with this two following point:
3. Seismic force resisting system of structure was designed refer to Table 15.4-1 for Non Building Structures Similar to Building of ASCE 7-10 as :
* Moment resisting frames system in transversal direction with Steel Ordinary Moment Frames (OMF).
* Steel ordinary concentrically braced frames in longitudinal direction with Steel Ordinary Concentrically Braced Frames (OCBF).
8. Connection design and detailing requirement for member assigned as Seismic Force Resisting System (SFRS) shall be refer to AISC341-10
SFRS :
8.1. OMF
• Beam to Column Moment Connection
• Vertical Bracing
8.2. OCBF
• Column Splice
• Base Plate
Can I do it with RSA? I saw that there is a part about AISC 341 verification, how can i use it?
