Advanced meshing is missing

Hi

I've encounted a very strange situation. For some reason, the "meshing properties" changes if I perform a new analysis of my model - and the meshing changes as well.

When I open the file, the old data is still available with the old mesh (see "RSA meshing properies 1"), but when I perform a new analysis, RSA automatically changes the mesh and the window "meshing properties" (see "RSA meshing properties 2")

I want to performe a comparison of different but similar meshes, which I can't because RSA changes the mesh. Also, I use the results to create a new geometry using Rhino and Grasshopper, and the component I've written can only accept squared elements...

What happened?? - why have my RSA gone rogue???

Thanks, Peter

Please check if you have define by default in a solid modeler format switched on in the Preferences. If yes, switch it off and restart Robot.

See the attachment in the message 2 from http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Autodesk-Robot-Structural/what-is-SOLID-MODELER-Where-to-buy-it/td-p/3...

Thank you very much - it worked.

But I don't recall ever switching it on!!! Strange!

Anyway, thanks.
