No, it is not related to the model itself.

It can be related to the access to the model or to Robot configuration.

I'm using Robot 2016. It appears when trying to save the model. What does it mean and is it ok if I ignore it?

If the model has been saved then I think you can ignore it. 

Try to work with only one Robot running at the time.
