I was trying to model 2 and  half storey building with base shear method method but in Table for 1st storey FX and FY is N/A for all cases including ULS,SLS and ACC. Can anyone please tell me the solution.

Is it possible that you set the case 1 as an auxiliary one?

Do you mean by ULS case? I am not very sure about if I can or not.

Caused by small inacurracy in Z coordinates of supported nodes.

It is enough to select all supported nodes and set their Z coordinates as exact 0.00m.
