why isn´t the retaining wall reducing her lenght?

Hello to everyone,

 

I am at the moment having some issues with the modelling of my retaining wall. What is happeing is that, as you can see throught the picture that I am uploading to you, the blue dot is far away from the end of the element, however the element dont reduce her lenght. Whi is this happening....

hello to everyone,

 

I am having some issues with the modelling of my retaining wall, as you can see throught the picture that I am uploading above. As you can see in the picture with the name "Why is this happening to the retaining wall", the length of the retaining wall is the same as the one that is under her. The retaining wall that is under the one that I am talking about is shown in the picture "Why is this happening to the retaining wall 2". I cannot understand the differences... I also tryed to reduce the lentgh of the wall that is highlighted in the first picture that I am making reference, but I didn´t had any sucess... It would be awsome if someone could help me out with this subject.

It is because of the wall joins see pic's below in the top picture the horizontal wall goes to the end and in the bottom picture the vertical wall goes to the end you can also drag the walls apart (blue dot) and rejoin them the wall that joins last is the "weakest" one the other one goes to the end.wall joins.PNG

try unjoin to the wall with the intersecting element.
