Weld Symbols not as shown in Revit Help

The Revit help has very optimistic advice that one can get an intelligent weld symbol for Views. This should come from the Annotate tab and symbol panel. I attach screen captures of the help advice and what the symbol drop down gives me in the word document.

Thank you for your feedback @Member1RayG. It would be good if we could add steps in help document on loading weld families in the project. 

Please follow the steps: 

1. In Place Symbol > go to Load Family. 

2. Navigate Weld symbol under Libraries > [Country] > Annotations > Structural.

3. In Properties, select Weld Symbol family and type.

after long search i found the families in the english content. Are they also available in german ?
