Warning: Incomplete StructuralSection parameters

I created a structural column family (a cross section) modifying a T section. I set all the parameters I needed, tested them and everything works.

After loading it into the project, I put a plate on it and I tried to connect the column to the plate with a bolt as usual I use to do, but in this case it doesn't allowed to do it. What could I do?

I attached the 3D model picture and the warning I received.

Thanks in advance,

Martina

There must be some information missing from your shape.

Steel Connection warning in Revit: "Incomplete Structural Section Parameters"

Did you use a existing Column T Section as a starting point?

First of all, thanks for your reply!

I already found this page and I tried this method, but unfortunately it doesn't work.

I'm attaching the screenshot of it, because maybe there's something wrong.

This makes it a little clearer with the shape image!

I would suggest that the Structural Connections are set to standard steel shapes and the shape is outside that scope!

Does this error occur with Structural Connection Tool and also the Steel Tab manually building up a connection?
