Wall Reinforcement Issue (attaching to top base using Reference plane gone wrong)

Hello Currently I'm creating a wall , then this wall I am attaching the top base using a reference plane , but when I am reinforcing the element(Using Naviate-Rex Extension )  I am getting this issue how can I solve such a problem ? I think there is a problem here with the reference planes of the wall . Should I create a new wall family ? if so how can I create a wall family ?

I think you should submit this question to Naviate support. It looks like the issue may be with the tool that generates that reinforcement.
