What do you mean when you say the view range is perfect?  The Bottom of the view range should be at the top of the slab.  Anything inside the viewable area below that should be in the "beyond" line style.  What are your settings for the "beyond" line style?   Are they solid?

The discipline was set to coordination and so there was an issue. I have updated to Structural now. It works fine (I can see the dotted lines)

"beyond" line style is dotted line...
