Void in Hollow core slab

I create round void from template and using with hollow core thickness 10 cm. but void are not align on center of section as shown, what step did I make?

Is there a reason as to why you are not just using the preloaded Hollow core family that comes with Revit.

You should check the parameter that controls the position of the voids inside the HCS family (Position from Top parameter). More details can be found here on how to create your family.

To change the parameter, you need to edit the family, select all voids an change the value of the parameter from 10 cm to 5 cm.
