Im created a family with two plates for wall to wall conx. and recessed 2" from face of wall and used Void Blend Extrusion for recess but when i place the family on walls it cuts only the wall that i picked and other one stays same (as you can see in the first pic). When i use cut command for it, it just disappear. I also added SS for family page. Can anyone help with the situation?

Can you share the family?

That is because you use a Face based template. Face based family only cuts the host element.  Create it using a non-host family, tick work plane, untick always vertical and it should work.

Wall-based template won't work either - it will only cut the hosting wall.

You can still keep the face base family.  But don't cut the host solid with the void in the family, when you place it on a wall, use Cut Geometry twice to cut both walls.

Did you see my screencast? I believe I ignored the error warning and carried on with cutting command. It works. I can take a look at your file later.

Yes i saw your screencast and tried on two basic walls and it worked like charm. You ignored error about instance but this error says "cannot be ignored" as you can see on pic. I will be very grateful if you take a look at the project.

I only see two instances of the family so I fixed them using the same procedure I have described.  Remember, DO NOT cut the solid in the family with the void.  Edit the family in the attached file and you will see what I mean.

Did the trick for me.

As he says, don't cut the host within the family editor.

Do check "Cut with Voids When Loaded".
