Visibility issue

Dear All,

 

I am facing the issue in sheet extraction. There are two images I have attached. One is structural model. One is Architectural model in which structural model is linked. How can I remove the Beam to Floor connection line.

the beam and floor should be in the same material (structure materials) and then use join geometry to cut. thanks

Draw line and make it invisible for a filled/masking region.
