View Filters - How to add an equipment clearance

I am trying to help out an Architecture Firm by setting up filters. Something that always comes up in QC is having the clearances of Electrical or Mechanical Equipment and the Air Terminal Flow Radius. Does anyone know how I can add these to a filter?

depending on how the Clearance boxes/zones are being added to the families there are a couple different options. @ennujozlagam provided a good option. I usually set a visibility option to my clearance boxes in the family types. then have a "W/Clearance" View Template option to display or not display the clearance boxes.
