I want to set rebar units in millimeters, even though my template is in metric units. However, the rebar properties are currently showing in imperial units. I have checked using UN (command) for units it is in metric units. Also the bar number I want to keep it in millimeters.

From the Project Units dialogue, select the Structural Discipline and then change the Rebar Length to the desired units.
