unhide category not activated

hello,

i have imported cad , but it does not appear in view

i have checked the reveal button and i found it , but i could not make unhide for cad

 

what is the solution for this situation?

Hey,
Either your import or your view settings are not correct. When linking a cad file make sure you insert it with the correct import units (measure it before in the cad file) and the positioning is Auto - origin to origin or Auto - center to center. You can check out your current view settings (shortcut VV) if your imported categories (means cad files) are visible.

In addition to bjoern's post, make sure that the linked CAD file is set to the right elevation. Easiest way to see this is when in 3D view, click on the linked CAD file and adjust the elevation to have it displayed on your sheets.

In that case I would like you to purge your Revit project, zip it together with your CAD file and upload it here.
