Truss webs misplaced from truss family

Hi, I am trying to create a truss using the Structural Truss Family.

After finishing the geometry of the truss I load it into the project but the webs of truss ends up being a mess and out of place.

I tried adding dimensions between the truss's vertical webs in the family editor but then Revit does not let me place the truss in the project.

Also checked if all the webs and cords are connecting on the relevant nodes.

Can any one help?

If you have done some manual editing I would suggest that you have not correctly locked the elements/members to the Reference Planes as shown in the image below, the dimensions drive the Reference Planes but the elements/member End Nodes still need locking to these node positions.
