Top of Steel Elevation in Title Block

Hello,

I'm trying to create consistency between structural projects while making our plans less cluttered. We include a Top of Steel elevation on every sheet in our projects which is just another level and is shown in elevation. We also reference this elevation on each sheet using a piece of text making it prone to being wrong when updates to the model aren't carried through. We have also tried using spot elevations in the plan view but it is easily missed on site and creates clutter overall.

Is there a way to reverence the cut elevation of the plan on the sheet, and create a parameter in the title block that will automatically update and display this elevation? I think this would be similar to the scale parameter already included in the title block that automatically fills the scale of the plan view.

Thank you for any insight into this issue.
