top of Battered pile elevation

I have created a battered pile (pile on a slant). To be able to show the top as flat I have added a void to the top.

The smart tags that read top of pile and automatically fill in the top of pile cut off elevation puts in the top of void elevation instead of the top of pile elevation. How do I change the battered pile family so the pile tag reads to top of pile or bottom of void instead of top of void?

maybe you can add another parameter to read the "top of void-top of pile" distance (void height), then in the tag create calculated formula for the top elevation to be substracted by the void height to get the correct value.
