There is something wrong when I draw the physical model.

Dear all. 
Maybe there is something wrong when I draw the physical model. When ever I draw new element I see the strurural Analytical model have unconnected node.

Ofcourse if you don't care about Strutural calculation (for example you use another tool to calculate bar such as eTab) no need to take care of this problem.
I also attach the picture and the link to model here. Please help me.

But I want to Send my Model in Revit to Robot Strutural Analistic so I am really worried when ever I draw new element.

You can always adjust the analytical model to follow the projection or the center lines.
