Tagging multiple rebar

Hi,

When tagging multiple rebar is there a way to set the tag up so the arrows on the dimension line only show up at the first and last bar instead of each intermediate bar. See attached picture.

Thanks in advance

Hi @nathanhayes98

Using MRA you can only do that by hiding the bars using presentation options.

Hi @ovidiu_paunescu,

But if I hide the rebar it removes it from the count of rebar tag i.e 21 would be 20?

*I'd be interested to see how people present reinforcement tags for circular piles*

I would recommend using free form rebar, aligned distribution to model the bars in a circular column. This will produce a set of bars, which you can tag using the regular rebar tag.

This way you could report the quantity and show a leader to one of the bars.

You would also have the ability to edit the set, change the layout and it will automatically adjust when changing the size of the concrete element.

Here's an example of this kind of reinforcement, from my AU 2019 class

the tag to that set would look like this
