Structural Foundation Tag Offset Issue

Has anyone had an issue where their foundation tag somehow became offset from the structural foundation?

I've included two pictures, the first picture shows how the foundation tags are correctly in all my other models, and second picture shows the offset that i'm currently experiencing.

In my model where the tag is offset, I have the model's foundation plan in a "cropped view" and then I've rotated the cropped view because the architectural link was rotated when I linked in it, and I prefer to work on an X & Y axis. Is it possible that because the model is rotated that the tag's are offset?

We also facing the same problem in section views but not in plan view. whenever we sync our local model to central file some tags for structural framing is move out of the place. Any solution??

please show your family floor plan.

looks like your family have some reference plane or invisible model line. You should turn their reference option to "Not a Reference".

@Stanis-74.. Unfortunately that didn't solve my problem either.

In my case, It seems to be affected in my Foundation Plan only. If I tag a column within the foundation plan, the tag will offset. If I tag a column on my Top of Steel plan, the tag is not offset.

What a mystery!

And like I said previously, I'm working on a project where I basically have 15 similar Revit models, and this issue only happens on the one model!

Any other suggestions will still be greatly appreciated!
