Structural Components deleted between saves

The last few days, we have been having an issue with structural components that are placed in the model disappearing. They aren't hidden - they have been deleted. However, this is happening when the file is closed. For placing openings into walls, we use a door or window opening component. After I have saved and left the file, a day or so passes, and someone else opens the file again to find that all of those openings are missing. These aren't components that I just placed, either. Some have been in the model for weeks. But suddenly, 6 floors of doors and windows are just gone. Any ideas on how? Anyone experiencing something similar?

are you talking about working in central files? if yes, you need to synchronize with central and if opening the file need to click reload latest then if not central file you can try to download the latest updates from autodesk and try to tick audit before opening the file and see if helps. thanks
