Steel beam

Hi! I am trying to make inclining steel bridge, therefore the main beams are in slope. I faced the problem when tried to rotate the one made as a mass since it has complex shape.

1. Is it possible to rotate element made as in place mass? It is showing error: Can't rotate element into this position.

2. Is there a way to cut just upper part of the steel beam, to kinda limit the plane I want to use as a reference for cutting line?

You can change a beam.slope by changing start/end offset, or place the beam using pick 3d path then pick a sloped edge/line.

You can cut a beam in place using Opening by face tool, or a ref plane, or using a solid mass, or join it with another compatible element.
