Greetings to everybody, I have managed to place U shape bars along this curved path one at the time. Now that I wish to do it through the Free form tools, the surface mode seems to work for a single bar but when I change the layout it end up throwing an exception:
This is the process I've followed to set the U rebars:
So far, the Aligned tool works fine,
1) but I just wonder to know what is the deal with surface tool, It should be able to distribute those rebars as same as the 2° approach or is it normal to not work on those cases?
2) Secondly, It would be convenient if the Aligned tool could process a detailed line as the path in addition to a edge because we would not be able to set horizontal lines if client goes for setting curve faces on the sides.
