start and end level offset of a beam not showing Revir 21

I loaded a beam (I-beam)  in revit 21 it is not showing the start and end level offset

could you help pls 🙂

We need to see to family first, but I think it was created as a Generic model and the family category is set to "Structural Framing" - hence why some of the function is not available. 

I would recommend recreating the family using structural framing template rather than generic model.
