Stair modeling

I really failed to model this stair 

Can any one model it please

I had a look at the stair.dwg, the tread goings vary dimensionally (See attached dwg)
please confirm.

Does not conform to system family behaviour (dwarf wall below bottom step).

Would likely have to do in-place as an extrusion in section. Stairs are not a rebar host so would have to use generic model category for that.

Must correct above sentence to say instead "In-place stair families are apparently not a rebar host."

The problem was that the plan and the section is inconsistent
