sorting sheet list numbers

Please see attached image I want dwg no S10G01 after S00052

whats is the best way to do sorting ?

At this stage I achieved this by creating another field called order as a parameter and then made hidden so it wont appear in schedule

I have given the order 1 to 4 dwg S0000 order 1 then from S0001 to  S0052 order 2 and so on to achieve the desired outcome and sorted 1st by order and then by dwg nos.

is there any other way ? or should I stick to this ?

Thanks in Advance

Yes, if you ca nnot modifyy the sheetnumbers that is the way to do it.

Apparently Revit looks at the sheetnumber and treats your S10G01 as same sequence number as S00010 which makes it fall between S00001 & S00011.

The only other way you could get it in the right order is to break up your sheetnumbers with something like a dash

I think I have the same issue with sorting sheet numbers. It should be trivial to sort the sheets per the ASCII codes. I created an Idea for this:
