Sloping concrete for loading dock

I've got a project where I need to create multiple concrete slabs in order to slope water towards a drain. It involves a truck loading dock which is lower than finish grade. How what I do this? 

Attached is a screenshot of an AutoCAD layout for this loading dock showing elevations at certain points. I also included my Revit 2021 model. I think I have an idea of how many pours I need but I'm not sure how to model this in Revit.

@chriskD6WP2  Please use shape editing tool after finishing slab modelling.
