Sloped retaining wall creation

How can I create sloped retaining wall like the attached picture. I can create sloped floor and attached the wall with it but problem is the wall foundation don't attached with slope wall like this

The OOTB element does not offer that option. You will need to model the foundation differently, using a structural floor element, an loadable family…

I am curious though, are you actually executing the foundation slopped?! And not stepped? They are more cost effective and structurally more efficient

You can model a sloped wall foundation using structural foundation slab or even using another structural wall no problem.  However step foundations are much preferred by contractors (at least for all the ones I have worked with).
