Section View, Enlarged Section View and Section Cut issue...

So, I cut a section of a bent area. Got all the appropriate steel based on the structural engineer's mark-ups, etc...

He asked for a blown up section of a small area in that section.

I duplicated my view, cropped the view to the area I wanted to focus on, and modified the scale, and annotated away.

I print out my drawings, and in plan view, my section cut used to refer to Section B, on Dwg. xxxxx....

Now it's looking at Section 2 on Dwg. xxxx. Is there a way to make the section cut point back to the original full section view?

create a new section copy everything and replace on sheet.

That's, almost, what I wound up doing.

I renamed my original section with a suffix of "OLD".... I duplicated my blown up view, named it the same, copied all annotation from "OLD" to the new version. Deleted my OLD version, dropped the new section on my sheet.

I just had to go back to plan view, and had to hide the section cut pointing at my blown up section.

Seemed like a lot of work to correct this, but it basically just told me to not duplicate like that in the future, just cut a new section for blown up sections.
