Schedule Survey and Base Point Information

Is there a way to schedule both Survey and Base point Information? I am looking to create a simple schedule that will calculate the difference between the two Elevation Values, so we can use that figure in a Calculated Parameter for a Framing Tag for Top of Concrete for Upstands and Parapet Walls in plan view. Is this possible? Struggling to find a way to do this.

you have abuilt in parameter called Top elevation and bottom elevation in each single structure framing element

Top Elevation does not show the correct output if a beam is offset from Z
