Rotating Parametric 2D Detail

Hello guys. I have a 2D detail that I'm trying to make parametric. Please find the picture below. I'm trying to align the break line with the indicated reference line and also with the "top chord depth" so that it can extend and also rotate together with the reference lines. I'm struggling to make it work and therefore I need help to make it work. Please find also attached, the attached family.
