Is there any method of making rotated stirrups in any shape other than a rectangle? Just please do not suggest that I
can edit the stirrup sketch because this is an unprofessional and imprecise method. Who and why came up with the idea that stirrups are connected to a concrete? This is inconsistent with design logic. The stirrups should have a logical connection with the main reinforcement (reinforcement cover does not refer to the stirrups) .
