been trying to draw roof rafters to matrch my gable roof. I watch utube videos but it seems they draw simple 1 story buildings.i have a 2 story residential building and every time I try to draw a beam system I don't get the full beam system menu. and when I pick a line it says I need to close the loop. I under stand that when I draw ceiling joists.
also I notice you have to modify the direction of the roof rafters since they beginning with the roof ridge .they project one side of the roof to get their polygon and modify that projections to rotate the rafters. is there anoyjer way do make roof rafters and or a better utube video that gives step by step procedure?
