Roof modelling with different layers - Revit

Hello everyone,

i'm facing kind of a problem here as you can see not all layers reach the edge of the column. so i tried to do cut profile but as it seems, it doesn't work on the 3D view thus the whole element (roof).
Any idea on how can I model this roof with different multi-layer  dimensions?

thank you for your help

Hard to tell from your image? Where is the edge of the column? Which layers don't extend to it? Is the parapet a wall or a part of the roof? Is this image show the Edit Profile view and you are looking to model the roof this way?

Thank you for your reply.
the upper photo (Section) is how the model suppose to be.
the wall on the left is a parapet wall with insulation on top of it.
the roof consists of 4 layers, two on the bottom are concrete and insulation and the two on the top are second insulation and greening layer.
the problem for me is that i can't deal with the top two layers alone or to control their distance from the parapet wall. as they are part of the roof as an element.
as you can see in Revit model picture.

Thanks!

I would model layers separately as roof elements when needed. Otherwise model it roughly, make a callout and detail it with lines.

I guess there is no way other than to create two separate roofs and then join the shared layer of insulation!

Thank you both for your help 🙂
