how can i change revit file version 2015 to revit file 2014

In short...you can not. Revit is not backwards compatible. As soon as a Revit file is opened and and saved in a later version, earlier versions will not be able to open it again.

The only possible route would be to export it to IFC and import the IFC in the older version. However you will loose all the parametric stuff.
