Hi,

You can try the repair/reinstall option from the Content Library menu.
Go to Control Panel\Uninstall a program\Autodesk Revit Content Libraries <Year>. Right click on the product and select Uninstall\Change and then select Repair or Reinstall. I would go with a Reinstall if you don't have custom families.

You can also use the Add or Remove Features and then deselect US Metric, this will uninstall the Folder and then select it again, in order to be installed.

My Revit is student version

I tried to reinstall but Revit content library its gray doesn't let me modify

I always get error at end of extracting the file... Close all application
