Revit Extensions Doesn't Work ?

i have Both Revit 2017 & 2018 

the problem is that the extensions doesn't work for both versions although i re-installed those Extensions Several times .. could anyone help ?

There is not much to go on.

-What is not working? What do you see and not see? 

-Have you checked the journal files?

-Try to remove other add-ins

-Can you find the extensions in the add in folder "C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Revit\Addins\"?

  A file named "Autodesk.RevitExtensions.Revit.addin" should be there

Hi, I've tried many times to install the Revit Extensions 2018, but it doesnt work. I tried to install via browser download, and via autodesk app. The file "Autodesk.RevitExtensions.Revit.addin" is not there. Where can i download this file, to place manually in the folder?
