This just looks like you are using Chinese Content/Families

First try opening Revit in the correct region

https://help.autodesk.com/view/RVT/2024/ENU/?guid=GUID-BD09C1B4-5520-475D-BE7E-773642EEBD6C

This may solve the issue but also check what is being loaded into Revit

Go to the Big "R" button and click Options

Then go to File Locations

And make sure that your family files are pulling from the right place when starting families.

(**Probably your C: Drive**)\Autodesk\Revit\Revit_20##\Family Templates\English_I

This will load the default English families for the shared parameters,

I believe that changes when you change or use a template...the English will be English; French would be French ....etc

So would suggest you Edit you Option in Revit to ensure you are selecting the correct regional templates and families.

Alternatively reinstall Revit and select the correct region on installation
