Is there any way to turn off the analysis on revit 2023? I am trying to change the floor levels and this error keeps pops up. The only way I can do for now is to delete those analytical panel. We don't use the revit structural analysis, so better have an option to turn it off.

Seems odd. The only way the panel can exist in the first place in 2023 is if it was created or if the Dynamo graph was run to generate it.

So deleting it should be the permanent solution.

Just isolate them all by category and delete them if you or nobody else you work with requires them. However I kind of wonder if someone else is using them if they exist?

I think the only way a panel can become non-planar is if it is attached to another panel and the movement of such drags one of the edges out of the plane compared to the rest.

I believe this happens by upgrade from previous versions, as far as i know deleting this or all analytical elements is the only solution.

If you did not create it, for sure it came via upgrade. If you don't use the analytical model, you can either hide it or delete it. The structural physical model is not impacted in any way (anymore).

I'm more curious what you did before receiving that message? What did you change that trigger the analytical model update?

Thank you!

Yes. it was an upgrade from Revit 2022. I deleted all analytical panel on that level so that I can adjust the elevation level.
Thanks for the reply.

Hi. I have run into the same problem. I want to adjust the levels.  What is the panel, where is it located, and how do I delete it? (found the problem -> turned on analytical view, selected model, filtered panels, and deleted)

does not work. I have four models that will not delete. all have analytical spaces and analytical surfaces that will not delete.

I can turn them off in visibility graphics, but that just hides it. I want it removed. How?
