In Revit 2012 we have the feature of text mapping
I tried mapping Arial font(Revit) to Arial Font(DWG)
See below
I exported the Revit view with this setting but when I checked in DWG the mapping has no effect. In AutoCAD the font has been placed under font style Standard and for which the font name is txt.shx
Any Idea why this feature of Revit 2012 not working properly.
I am using Revit Structure 2012 and AutoCAD 2010

Text and Dimensions currently all export into the "Standard" style. There is no setting in Revit to modify this.
Providing you do not explode the MText it will retain the Arial font style.
