I am a designer in a factory and I use Revit, as you see I just drew the structure manually so I would like to know if there was a plugin to do itCapture d’écran 2023-10-04 115339.png

I assume you mean timber panel/framing.

There are a few I know off the top of my head;

Hsbcad

Agacad

Wolf-Horizon

Strucsoft

Also have a look in the Autodesk App Store, here is one from a quick search.

For the roof beams you can use the Beam System tool. That will help speed up modeling of that. Could even use it for the wall framing.

Generally I don't model the wall framing. Where you required to model it for some reason?

The picture does look good. With time the modeling should get faster as you get used to working in the program. "Hard work does pay off" and you can't automate everything.

Yes you can use Beam System for Vertical Framing Elements but make sure you use Grids as otherwise there are lots of Reference Planes required.

I have also seen Curtain Walls used in an affective manner too as you can edit the Gridlines so a little more flexibility on layouts and utilise horizontal mullions for noggins and Top/Bottom Plates

You create a reference Plane and SET this as the plane to draw the Beam System on.

I would suggest using Grids instead as they serve the same purpose and can be used for framing and attaching elevations etc.
